The Southern Highlands Scholarship & Assistance Fund (SHSAF) was formed in 2003 with the specific goal of providing financial assistance to recipients of the Millennium scholarship who intend to further their education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The SHSAF considers applicants with limited financial resources, excellent academic standing and a high level of community involvement.
