As Senior Managing Director of Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada, Mr. Larry Ruvo has guided the company to become the state's largest wholesale liquor, wine and beer importer and distributor. Well, known throughout the Las Vegas community, he became a trustee for the UNLV Foundation and has raised millions for the university.

One such fund-raiser includes, Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada's largest annual wine-tasting event in Las Vegas, UNLVino, whose profits go the supporting the UNLV hospitality student scholarship. He is a founding member of the Young Presidents' Organization (Y.P.O) as well and a member of the World President's Organization and Bailli of the Chaine de Rotisseurs in Las Vegas. As a member of the Bluecoats in Nevada, his efforts to help the families of firefighters and police offers killed on duty are unending.

Mr. Ruvo is married to Camille and has three daughters - Nicole, Lauren Marie and Brianna Angelina
